Do you move students into off-campus apartments?+
Yes. Include the building type, floor, stairs or elevator, loading rules, and general locations so Dexa can understand the move.
What if my residence gives me a specific arrival window?+
Include the assigned window in your quote request. You are still responsible for following the school's check-in, key pickup, parking, and residence rules.
Can a parent or guardian request the quote?+
Yes. Choose one main contact for the move. The student should still confirm any school-specific identification, key, and check-in requirements.
Does submitting the form book the move?+
No. Dexa will review the request and follow up. The move is booked only after Dexa confirms it with you.
